Highest ever website performance report

The Fine & Country website is being consistently reviewed and improved, aiming to drive traffic and increase valuation requests. March has been a very successful month, where the number of valuation requests has increased year-on-year from 57 valuation requests in March 2016, to a fantastic 440 valuation requests in 2017. This is due to the improvements made on the website, including the instant online valuation, our live chat service and the preferred time and date booking system.  


Audience Overview 


> There has been a significant increase in the overall number of visits to the site in March 2017. The total number of sessions has increased to 199,145, an increase of 20.82% compared to last year when the number was 164,823. 




Visitors to the site have predominantly come from the UK with 190,300 sessions, followed by South Africa with 23,896 sessions. There has also been a significant increase in traffic from The US, France and Portugal. 





> Desktops account for 38.62% of visits, tablets 23.43% and mobiles 37.95%

> This is the first time that desktop traffic has dipped below 40%. Desktop traffic has been hovering at around 43% in recent months. March represents a significant drop

> The mobile conversion rate appears to have increased by 450%. This is due to the fact that we are now tracking people clicking to call from mobiles 


> The iPhone brings about the highest number of goal completions for the highest goal conversion rate, where iPhones accounted for 478 goals in March 2017. 






> The most engaged group is the 55-64 age range (4.68 pages per session and average session duration of 4m 30s)


> The 45 - 54 age group provide the largest volume of visitors (30,198)





> Facebook is the biggest generator of social traffic with 15,637 visits. This is a significant amount of traffic where the trend is continuing to increase

> Facebook traffic is up 60.95% year-on-year 

> Social traffic generated 30 goals in March and contributed to a further 42
