Fine & Country News Page

News bulletin

With customers coming back from their summer breaks full of energy and ready to move before the winter weather sets in, we have prepared a few marketing tools to help you increase valuations and win instructions.

The TV advert is returning for two months in September and October, and will now be aired on an additional two channels, Yesterday and Drama, as well as More4 and Home, 4OD. We are sharing September's schedule, so make the most of the advert and don’t forget to advertise it and mention it during your valuations.

A new Land and New Homes brochure has also been added to our range of brochures to help you when pitching to developers. You can see the page turner version in the article below.

The featured international property for this month is a stunning five bedroom Game Lodge in Karongwe Game Reserve, South Africa. With stunning images and a referral fee of ZAR200,000, this is the perfect property to start a conversation with your customers about buying abroad.

We have introduced two information boxes on to each contact form on the website; 'Do you require a valuation of your property,' and requesting information on our foreign exchange services. Having the valuation box could be a great asset for you to increase your referrals.

We are also sharing with you our monthly updates, including the Media Centre report, website report and the next article from Paul Offley, Fine & Country's compliance officer, on personal safety.
