What happens next?
Yomdel will be in touch with each office to ask a few specific questions (opening hours, lead handling times, key contacts etc), so please do respond as quickly as possible. As you can imagine, with so many offices in the network there is a lot of work to do.
When will the service go live?
We are working as fast as we can to get the service live as soon as possible and hope this will be in July.
What if I want to change the information the Yomdel operators use?
Andy has explained to us that those Yomdel clients that enjoy the best success are those that work closest together with Yomdel. We will be actively reviewing and refining the results in order to continue to improve.
Once we are live, please do keep us informed of any real successes you have as a result of a Yomdel enquiry. The live chat operators love to hear success stories and will celebrate good news. At the end of the day, they should be seen as an extension of your own teams.
