How will I receive my leads?
The live chat operators and supervisors are trained to identify which office the leads need to go to. Once a lead is captured for your office it will be sent through by email within approximately 15-30 mins. Leads will contain key information and requirements, as well as the full chat transcript so you can can see more details about the person chatting and their requirements or situation.
How will Yomdel operators know what to say?
Yomdel team has been working closely with Fine & Country to develop a detailed Knowledge Bank, which lists most of the common queries that will be asked when they engage in live chat. This is a living document that can be updated as and when required, so please just let Yomdel know if you have any suggestions.
