The Park Lane office has been closed since the 16th July for an impressive six-figure renovation. The decorators have been busy transforming the office into a more modern, fresh and open space which be the perfect backdrop for all your properties and future Park Lane Exhibitions.
Paul Jamieson, our Operations Manager visited Park Lane this week and it is starting to look really classy inside. We have gone for a light grey colour on the walls with a darker finish on the skirting. The lighting and electrical work has been completed and the new flooring has been fitted which really does make all the difference.
The plumbers are currently finishing off the customer toilets and we have painted the outside of the office a dark grey ahead of the new fascia being installed early next week. The final week will also see the furniture installation and finishing touches being added and we are still on course to have all the work completed by Thursday 23rd August - which will give us plenty of time to re-open after the Bank Holiday weekend. We will be sharing photos of the completed office with you soon and will keep you updated as to when the Account Management and Marketing teams have moved back into the office, so please keep an eye out.
