How do I become an Ambassador?
There are three simple ways your office can become an ambassador of The Fine & Country Foundation.
1. Sign up to our completion contracts scheme
Add this sentence into your Residential Sale Marketing Agreement and Fine & Country will reprint your contracts for FREE.

On completion Fine and Country will donate &100 to help the homeless. Optional donation by the seller & …………… paid on completion, added to final invoice.
2. Pledge to raise &3,000 per year
Each office should aim to contribute &3,000 per year to enable The Foundation to raise &1,000,000. There are a number of ways in which this figure can be achieved, the most effective of which is to sign up to our completion contracts scheme. In addition to this, we encourage offices to taking part in fundraising events. Bear in mind that the average raised from events in June and July was &2,163.83. It is easy to see how quickly an office can reach their annual target by signing up to our completion contract scheme and hosting one or two fundraisers a year.
3. Monthly donations
By donating &250 per month your office can become an ambassador of the Foundation. We have The Fine & Country Foundation bank account and Just Giving page for your office to quickly and easily arrange a direct debit. This method works best for offices who are uncertain as to whether they will have the time to host events or take part in challenges.

The Ambassador pack
When your office becomes an Ambassador of The Fine & Country Foundation you will receive an ambassador pack. The pack will contain a window sticker and certificate to be displayed and a logo which can be displayed on all your marketing materials including your microsite. In addition to this there will be 50 new Foundation booklets included to be distributed to current and potential clients. Our new design ensures that they are easy to read and take away. There will also be a press release written to be sent to trade and local press.
Once your office has reached its &3,000 target there will be a second press release containing a photo with our customised giant cheque.
