The Fine & Country Foundation Coffee Morning

The very first Fine & Country Bake Sale

So far the Fine & Country Foundation has been widely supported and what more incentive to continue raising money when you know that cake is involved? We have had some very successful charity events, especially the 10K run by the Head Office team last weekend, where &1,200 was raised in support of housing for women. This is a fantastic achievement, however, the giving doesn’t stop there. Next... bake sale!

There is something for everyone to indulge in and get involved in, so here is a how-to checklist for a successful bake sale.

As bake sales doesn't need a lot work, just a few helping hands, to bake and eat the scrumptious treats. However, make sure you have a team of volunteers and customers by organising and promoting your bake sale in advance!

Here is a checklist of things for you and your team to do.

> Register with the Park Lane team to let them know you partaking at mediacentre@fineandcountry.com
> Spread the word! Put up posters, banners or set up a Facebook event.
>  Get baking the night before to ensure all sweet treats are ready. Make sure everyone is baking something different as six carrot cakes will be hard to sell.
> If you aren’t fond of baking, buy some cakes or biscuits.
> Providing a healthy option is always a good idea, just in case your customers have allergies.
> Label everything or be on stand-by to tell your customers what flavour cakes you have.
> Price your items. Remember this is for a good cause and people have put time and effort into baking.
> Take photos and send them to the media centre so that they can tell the whole network and post on social media!

We’re hoping for this to be another successful event but we need your support. Please find all the marketing materials to promote the Coffee Morning below; they will be available on the Digital Hub by the end of the week.

If you want any of the items personalised please email studio@fineandcountry.com
