The past 3-4 weeks have seen the Telegraph’s Finance/Property/Buy and Sell audience grow to a peak of 78k views per week. It is important to note that as this is a new channel this figure is only expected to grow as the channel becomes more established.
Furthermore, it is important to recognise that after moving the property section from under ‘Lifestyle’ under ‘Finance’ in February the general property audience numbers have increased by 30% in the last 11 weeks - which equates to 20 million page views. With this move, the Telegraph have incorporated more financial property relevant stories such as mortgages, investment and political pieces which has increased dwell time to 5mins 29secs. Behaviourally speaking, the channel is receiving a lot more attention from high ranking professionals (senior management, director and upwards).
