The Fine & Country Garden Competition campaign

The Fine & Country Garden Competition has been designed to reinforce Fine & Country’s reputation as a luxury lifestyle brand and help you generate more valuation requests.

Marketing tools have been created to invite people in your area to submit their garden in the hope of winning the title of the best garden in Britain and two tickets to the RHS Chelsea Flower show 2016.

The Format

Entries are made by emailing up to five images of the garden and up to 200 words to by 30th June 2015. Once all entries are submitted, the gardens will be added to the Fine & Country Facebook page by regional categories and voting will take place on the Fine & Country Facebook page from 1st July 2015 and will close on 1st August 2015.

Regional winners will be determined by the number of likes each garden in each region will receive. The winner of each category will then compete to become the overall winner.

The overall winner will be judged by gardening expert and columnist for The Mail on Sunday, Martyn Cox. The winner will be announced on 10th August 2015 and will receive two tickets to the dazzling RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2016.

The Campaign

The Fine & Country Garden Competition campaign has been designed to promote the competition in your local area, to help with brand awareness and instructing winnings. We suggest that you tell your vendors to enter the competition to increase the exposure of their property, and to invite new clients to enter, as a way of introducing the Fine & Country brand.

This campaign will run from April to June 2015. Once the voting has opened for the Garden Competition, we will release further marketing materials to encourage members of the public to vote for the winner.

The direct mail and canvassing cards are available for you to order on the Fine & Country Digital Hub. These canvassing cards can be distributed at your leisure to potential customers whilst the direct mail cards will allow you to reach a targeted socio-demographic segment of the population within your area, maximising the success of the campaign.
