Fine & Country News Page

Fine & Country lifestyle branding

The four Fine & Country lifestyle logos have been created to promote the four lifestyle departments within the Fine & Country brand. We have also created a City Living logo for use within cities.

The logos, which consist of Waterside, Golf, Equestrian, City and New Homes, are to be used to promote properties that fall within those lifestyle searches or to promote that Fine & Country has a dedicated department; the logos should never be used to promote Fine & Country in general or as a permanent replacement for the original logo.

GOLF LIVING

To be considered a Fine & Country Golf property, the property in question must be situated on a residential golf development. If the property is next to or near a golf course, the property cannot be listed as a golf property, and the Fine & Country Golf lifestyle logo cannot be used to promote the property.

To list your property as golf, you must write the word golf in ‘Property feature 1’ of your CMS system.

Please note ponds and other small areas of water do not make a property eligible for waterside listings.
