The newly designed Fine & Country website: please take time to prepare

We are all looking forward to the launch of the newly designed Fine & Country website. Interactive and user friendly with a young and sleek look, the website will also offer additional functionalities to benefit the end user, one of them being lifestyle searches such as waterside and equestrian.

Customers can search for 'equestrian properties', for example - so should you be on a valuation for an equestrian property, you can promote the fact the Fine & Country website has a dedicated equestrian search built in.
In preparation for the launch and to make sure that your properties are properly marketed on all searches, could you please:

1. Ensure that your estate agency software system gives you the option to add the following property types to the website:

  • Waterside/Water Front
  • Equestrian (please make sure you indicate size of the plot/acreage)
  • Golf
  • New Homes

2. Then make sure your properties are marked with the relevant property type. Only properties relevant to the property type can be advertised on the lifestyle searches, i.e. only properties with equestrian facilities can be added to the equestrian search and only properties that are on a golf course can be categorised as a golf property.

If you load properties onto the Fine & Country website via the CMS in the Fine & Country members website, please ensure all your golf, equestrian, waterside and new homes are marked as such.

Please also note that, as from 1st August, Fine & Country will advertise all equestrian properties on the Horse & Hound website. Only properties with the equestrian property type selected on your CMS will appear on the Horse & Hound website.

Please email david.lindley@fineandcountry.com should you need more information on the new website, and  emilie.despois@fineandcountry.com should you need more information on Horse & Hound.
