It is not long now until the Fine & Country Property Awards 2013. Although the leagues are not a direct reflection of which offices will win the awards, they can act as a good indicator for some of the award criteria.
Congratulations are in order for Fine & Country Norwich who keeps the lead on new instructions YTD and sales YTD, and Fine & Country St Neots who is at the top of the leader board for UK referrals and the number of Gold Marketing Packs orders. Fine & Country Bishop's Stortford reclaimed its second place from Fine & Country Tarporley in instructions YTD.
Fine & Country Sandton in South Africa has been topping the Referrals (International) chart for the third month running.
Some offices are new to the league tables, with Fine & Country Narbeth in 10th place for Gold Marketing Packs Orders YTD, Fine & Country Bath and Cheltenham both in 10th place for Referrals UK YTD and Fine & Country Lincolnshire in 5th place for Referral UK YTD and 8th place for Referral International YTD.
There is still time, however, for numerous other offices to make an impact so let’s all try and finish the year on a high with a late surge in activity.
