When you send an email to a customer asking for service feedback you are able to include these stars within your email. By clicking on 3, 4 or 5 star, the customer will be redirected to the ‘Google reviews’ page of their office’s Google page. If the customer were to click on 1 or 2 stars, an email will be triggered back to your office email address. As a result, you are able to see how you can improve your service as well as potentially generating positive Google reviews.
We advise you to create a draft email which you can use each time you want to ask feedback from a customer as inserting the stars and the links can be time consuming.
