We would like to thank all our friends, our clients both buyers and vendors and our teams of dedicated Fine & Country estate agents all over the world for their fantastic support that has lead to this magnificent achievement.
Can you imagine how pleased and proud we were, surrounded by all our competitors, Harrods, Knight Frank, Jackson Stopps, Fine and Foxtons in The Royal Lancaster Hotel in London's West End when they announced the Overall Winner of The Five Star Gold Award for best Estate Agency Marketing as being Fine & Country. The whole team leapt to their feet, screaming and hollering simply whooping their delight at the achievement.
Matthew Pryke our recently appointed CEO took his first bow in the industry as he received the accolade from Jenny Bond, The Royal Correspondent for The BBC and then returned to thank his teams, the marketing and design studio, the PR and Media Centre and The IT division who had all worked so well together to deliver this best of breed service.
'We can be justly proud of this award' said Malcolm Lindley MD of Fine & Country, 'this is the third year running we have won this award and now we go on to represent the UK at The International Awards at The Savoy in December where we won The World's Best Estate Agency Marketing Award in 2010 and 2009, hopefully we will retain our world title for the third year running.'
The International Property Awards, billed as being The Property Industry's most prestigious awards programme, in association with Bloomberg and sponsored by Google, gives recognition to Fine & Country having pioneered state of the art estate agency marketing breaking the mould of traditional estate agency and taking a refreshing approach to bringing together people, places and property and are now by far and away market leaders in the luxury homes market place.
