Why PR?

It is estimated that positive editorial coverage can be worth up to ten times the value of equivalent advertising space! Ultimately, public relations is a powerful tool providing a profile that can not be bought. And the Fine & Country Media team are here to help you achieve that!

During October, the Fine & Country Media Centre have been continuing their efforts for national, regional and consumer coverage. Regularly featuring in familiar newspapers such as The Sunday Times and The Daily Telegraph, these editorials have been generated through the participation of our agents that respond to our PR opportunity alerts and request.

Social Media and the Online World…

Social media marketing is an engagement with online communities to generate exposure, opportunity and profile. The use of popular sites like Facebook and Twitter allows the opportunity to get closer than ever to your potential and existing clients, fellow agents as well as property journalists, all at a fraction of the cost of traditional marketing methods. If you're one of the about 500 million people using Facebook, you already know that it’s no longer just an online place for teenagers to catch up. Facebook and other social media platforms increase in users each year and as a young, energetic team we believe it is a powerful publicity tool that should not be over looked. We have increased Fine & Country’s Facebook ‘Likes’ from 300 to over 2800 over the past year, and Twitter followers from 400 to nearly 1,500 through topic engagement and communicating directly to the public.

So what do you need to do to get free coverage?
