Haunted house made a splash!

Happy Halloween from the Fine & Country Media Centre! In preparation for this spooky time of year, the PR team had been asking for your properties with ghosts stories. As a result of each agent's cooperation, we whittled the best down and last weekend gained a full page spread featuring Fine & Country Cheam, as well as two other properties from Fine & Country Cambridge and Fine & Country Leeds.

Out of four possible properties in the Sunday Express, three were Fine & Country, worth an estimated total of &57,830 in equivalent advertising value. Spooky stories included an Old Rectory with seven notably 'shy' resident spirits as well as ghosts from the battle of Hastings wondering the corridors!"

Wales Wore it pink!

Last Friday we encouraged our agents to take part in this year's 'Wearitpink' campaign for Breast Cancer. Thank you to all those who took part and sent the Media Centre office photos, which can all be found on our Facebook page.

Fine & Country Swansea in particular really pulled out all the stops, with star of Sky 1’s British comedy-drama ‘Stella’ drawing the office raffle which included prizes such as a signed football donated by premiership football team Swansea City FC and a signed rugby ball donated by the Ospreys.

Swansea involved their local community to raise funds for Breast Cancer Research totalling &450. The team came up with the eye-catching idea of decorating their front window display with posters and a washing line full of pink underwear, where pink bras have become a well known signpost for breast cancer fundraising. The day was a huge success rounded off by a cake sale and champagne afternoon! Well done to Julie Elliot and the team!

If you wore it pink and took some pictures, then send them to to add to our picture collection on Facebook!
