Our Media Centre team has produced record breaking results, doubling the amount of pro-active pitches and producing an equivalent advertising value of nearly half a million pounds in just two months.
You may have seen the team more active on Fine & Country’s Twitter account too, helping our followers grow from 800 to 1,300 since July. Our Twitter competition will see the 1500th follower receive a box of delicious cupcakes, so don’t forget to tell your friends to follow us. The team have also made more topical and light-hearted posts on our Facebook page, including ‘A Guide to... Going Green: Do Your Homework First’ and ‘Time Travel is Possible With Our Latest Property of the Week’ . Such efforts on social media have all helped to develop a personality and brand identity for Fine & Country which in turn has generated interest in the brand from journalists and trade experts as well as the public.
|Fine & Country’s Gold Marketing Packs have provided a fantastic way of finding newsworthy stories through personalising each house. We hope to continue this upward trend, welcoming new ideas for pitches and market comments from agents.
Successes last weekend includes:
Fine & Country Isle of Wight recently featured in the Sunday Times on a piece based on Kevin McCloud’s Grand Designs. The impressive self built property ticked all the editorial boxes, and would have cost us &16,275 in equivalent advertising spend (click here to view).
Together with a piece in The Sunday Express called 'Pink looks great on Rural Homes' an article inspired by the Fine & Country media centre team and sold into the journalist Andrew Watson. This would have cost us &22,815 in advertising for the equivalent page space. (click here to view).
A huge thank you to all agents who have responded to our PR Opportunities emails! With your help the public profile of Fine & Country will continue to grow.
