So what improvements have been made to help you?
The key investment implemented to help trigger referral growth and development, is the recruitment of new member to the Fine & Country customer services team, Samuel Callow, who recently graduated from the University of Kent with a first in Business Management and Marketing. Samuel's new role will include managing all the referrals on the system from entry to completion, ensuring consistent communication with agents and regular system updates. Sam will be in touch with your office to discuss referral opportunities very soon, so please do make him feel welcome as the newest recruit to Fine & Country.
We are committed to ensuring the referral system works and the investment made will, we believe, assist with this process. Adding a ‘human element’ to the referral system and improving the way in which you upload and process your referrals, will result in a transparent, well managed and mutually beneficial referral system for all agents who choose to take part.
