Hints & tips for getting publicity

• Make an individual responsible in your office for responding to media alerts

• If you have multiple offices, try an incentive or competition between offices to see who can get the most publicity. Webbers have done this to great effect

• Look at your inventory and ask yourself tand the vendor he following questions of each property:
- is it of historical interest?
- is it a self build?
- has it been extensively restored?
- why are the vendor moving?
- does the house have any interesting features that are very unusual?
- are there any connections with famous politicians, authors, actors etc?

If the answer is YES to any of the above please contact us and let us know
