Fine & Country News Page

Fine & Country Bulletin

Good morning,

In this newsletter, you can find out about the most recent updates around the network, including office openings, upcoming campaigns, the new mapping tool on the website and the monthly PR and web reports.

After many discussions and much deliberation, the NAC have finalised the advertising schedule for 2017. We are pleased to announce that there will be an increase in print advertising and in digital spend to increase brand awareness. We will also be continuing TV advertising and much more. Your individual office rota will be sent to you soon.

You can now include industry logos on your microsites, an easy way to show site visitors that you are part of a redress scheme. These can include the Property Ombudsman, Trading Standards and RICS. If this is something you would like to do, simply let us know by emailing with the logo(s) you want to add. Moreover, as letting fees now need to be displayed, please tell us what your letting fees are so that we can edit them accordingly on your microsite.

Also, just to make you aware, Rightmove have changed their brand logos. Find out more about the rebrand and download the new logos here

The Annual Conference is just around the corner. Therefore, the time has come for you to decide whether your office would like to make a supplementary entry into this year's Awards, which will be presented at the conference on 27th January 2017. Find out more about the awards and the categories below.
