We are going to upgrade the email accounts we use to Exchange and would like to offer you the chance to join us and upgrade too. The service costs &5 per month per email address and making the change is as simple as entering a username and password on your computer which we will provide.
If you do not wish to upgrade, you do not have to - a standard, ‘POP3’ email service will still be available free of charge, however, this has much more limited device synchronisation abilities and back up. We highly recommend you migrate your email facility to the new service.
