Using the new logos will help to differentiate our specialised properties and advertise ourselves as experts in these fields, encouraging owners of golf, equestrian, waterside, or a new home to contact Fine & Country first if looking to sell.

In other news, we have increased our advertising space in the London Evening Standard and from just £155 per slot, you could feature your properties in this high profile publication throughout 2015.

Fine & Country Bulletin

The British weather is improving, slowly but surely. And with the increased sunshine, our thoughts turn to summer and the Fine & Country Gold Cup, which is taking place on Sunday 5th July 2015.

Promoting the polo in your local area and inviting your clients to the event is a free and effective way of increasing brand awareness and reinforcing our reputation as a luxury lifestyle brand. This in turn results in more lead generation and more valuations! All the campaign materials are available to view or download in the first bulletin article.

We are hoping the nice weather will continue for the BMW PGA Championship, where Fine & Country Golf will be exhibiting golf properties around the world. We invite you to submit your golf properties to be considered for the exhibition.

And last but by no means least, we welcome Fine & Country Cockfosters, North London, to the network and invite you to their launch on 25th April 2015. We look forward to seeing you there!

Fine & Country Bulletin

We are only in the second month of 2015, and already there have been countless important developments within the network.

It is great news as the first buyers’ database emailer has been sent to tens of thousands of recipients. We encourage you to take advantage of this initiative if you haven’t done so already. Details on how to do so are available in the first article.

In other IT news, the Fine & Country Golf website and the Fine & Country Blog are now live. When listing golf properties, please ensure you write the word ‘golf’ in 'Property Feature 1' in the Fine & Country CMS or in your software system so they appear in the golf lifestyle search.

Last but by no means least, we welcome Fine & Country Hitchin and Fine & Country Dubai Discovery Gardens to the network, and celebrate the relocation of Fine & Country Carvoeiro.

Fine & Country Bulletin - Conference Special

One of the most anticipated events of the Fine & Country calendar, the National Licensee Convention, took place on the 30th January 2015. What better way to kick start Fine & Country's most exciting year yet, than by celebrating with licensees from across the globe in Mayfair, just a short walk away from our Park Lane Showroom?

The Millennium Hotel was buzzing with positive energy as agents swapped success stories and discussed the future of the Fine & Country brand. Exciting initiatives were announced including an upgrade to the Gold Marketing Service, a Fine & Country branded video card and a gardening competition set to take place this spring.

We appreciate that there was a lot of information to process on the day, so we have taken this opportunity to provide you with everything you need to know, including the presentations for you to take advantage of.

Fine & Country Bulletin

Last Friday saw Fine & Country's National Licensee Convention 2015. Licensees from across the country and some international members met together in Mayfair, London to reflect on the successes of 2014 and discuss plans for the coming year. The day was packed with exciting new initiatives, inspiring presentations and opportunities for our members to network with fellow Fine & Country agents. We would like to thank everyone who attended. More information on the day's events, including the presentations for you to download, will be made available in the next Fine & Country Bulletin.

Amidst the excitement of the conference, we have made available the advertising schedule for the Financial Times, as well as rates for other national publications your office may want to advertise in. Furthermore, please ensure your Finer magazine properties are submitted by 16th February to avoid disappointment.

Fine & Country Bulletin

2014 was a fantastic year for the Fine & Country brand with more than 40 new offices opening worldwide. Summer 2014 proved to be our best yet with the Fine & Country Big Weekend promoting the brand to a wider audience and we ended on a high with a flurry of notable charitable endeavours including Centrepoint's Sleep Out and the Cambridge Christmas Carol Concert.

Naturally, we intend to maintain this momentum throughout 2015. The Fine & Country team are currently busy preparing for the National Licensee Convention, which takes place on 30th January, and the first edition of Exclusive Home Worldwide is currently being designed; please ensure you submit your properties before 23rd January.

Wishing you a happy and prosperous 2015.

We have opened 42 offices, launched a new department: Fine & Country Golf, delivered exceptional print and digital marketing initiatives, achieved outstanding free press coverage and produced a beautiful new website - to name but a few! We are ending this year on a high and we intend to start 2015 with a bang.

The first quarterly campaign is therefore ready for you to use. The campaign, which will run from January to March, will highlight the widespread exposure your sellers can benefit from as a result of the printed and online national media.

We would like to wish everyone in the network a very merry Christmas and happy New Year, and here's to making 2015 even more successful!

Fine & Country Bulletin

Christmas is almost upon us and the Park Lane team has been busy preparing for the New Year. The warm climate, two award winning golf courses and the individually designed luxury properties are sure to appeal to anyone, so ensure you invite your database to the Jumeirah Golf Estates Property Exhibition, hosted by Fine & Country Golf. And why not come along too?

It seems like only yesterday that the Digital Campaign was launched but, after just over a month of advertising on six significant UK property websites and those associated with WorldPosting, the results are in. We have had some excellent results, with Fine & Country properties viewed more than 14,500 times on and over 380,840 times in the Times/Sunday Times, Telegraph and FT website to name but a few.

And the good news keeps on coming; Fine & Country Carvoeiro celebrated their first year in style with a pop-up art exhibition in their offices, whilst a new office opened in Cyprus, which we warmly welcome to the network.

Last but not least; the final marketing campaign of the year, dedicated to our range of publications, is available on the Member’s Hub and the Fine & Country Christmas cards are now available to order from the Studio.

Fine & Country Bulletin

Fine & Country is continually expanding and getting stronger. This is reflected in the increased volume of national advertising we are investing in, both in print and online. In addition to advertising in The Sunday Times, Saturday Telegraph, and Sunday Times iPad app, we announced earlier this year that we would also promote the brand and your properties in The Times’ 'Bricks and Mortar' property section. This was shortly followed by the news that we were to be advertising in Horse & Hound, the Evening Standard, the Telegraph waterside special edition, as well as on six popular national publication websites and 65 portals in 30 countries on 5 continents.

With all of these new advertising opportunities, it is difficult to keep count! Taking this into consideration, we have compiled a list of every advertising opportunity, as well as the key facts to promote to your clients, helping you to win more instructions.

In other news, the Buyers Database is ready to launch, but we do still urgently need all Fine & Country offices to sign the online agreement. It takes two minutes of your time, so get started here...

Fine & Country Bulletin

September is one of the busiest months of the estate agency calendar year and for us at Fine & Country, that is definitely the case. After only days of launching the interactive digital campaign, the positive feedback has been coming in thick and fast. The campaign markets all Fine & Country properties on four key websites;,, and until 28th October. Take advantage of this new initiative by telling your vendors just how many potential buyers will see their home. All the statistics you need are in the first article. Don't forget to also mention that Fine & Country are advertising in The Evening Standard throughout September and in Horse & Hound until mid-November.

As well as the excitement surrounding the digital campaign, we can hardly wait for the launch of the brand new Buyers Database. This new technology will bring with it a whole host of benefits, but before it hits the ground running, we need your help; if you haven't already, please sign the online agreement by tomorrow - Friday 5th September - at the latest.

Now that we are almost half way through the year, it is time to start thinking about the Fine & Country Property Awards 2014. Last year, seven deserving agents took home an award and a ticket to this year's NAR convention in New Orleans, USA. With two additional categories this year and more offices to compete against, this promises to be the most exciting Fine & Country awards to date.

Is anyone brave enough to join him?

This figure is constantly climbing so we are confident we will exceed last year's figure of 5,301 guests. There are now even more marketing tools available to promote the event within your area and some exciting updates to shout about, including a Facebook competition with amazing prizes to be won. The first campaign of the year celebrates this success and is a compelling instruction winning tool, illustrating why we are the estate agent of choice for sellers of prestige properties. Next year's advertising campaign is also going from strength to strength, with a total of 23 insertions in the Sunday Times, 10 insertions in the Telegraph and 31 adverts in the Sunday Times iPad App, which will showcase all Fine & Country properties. Individual schedules will be sent to each office before Christmas. 2013 was a fantastic year for Fine & Country and we are looking forward to an even better 2014. Awards marketing campaign to be released after national conference

In anticipation of the release of the new Fine & Country brand guidelines at the national conference on 13th January, Fine & Country has taken the sensible decision to postpone the release of the next quarterly marketing campaign until 13th January 2011. The brand guidelines have been carefully developed to provide the foundation for the most effective and consistent application of the Fine & Country brand across all media and it is for this reason that the marketing and promotional collateral for the first quarterly marketing campaign of the year will not be available on the hub until 13th January. While the campaign itself, which will be focused on Fine & Country as award-winning world champions for the third year running, will not be released until after the conference certain assets, including awards logos, images and a press release, are available on the members’ hub for immediate use. Below you will find the award logos, images and press releases which you can start using in advance of the marketing campaign being released. If you have any further questions regarding the quarterly marketing campaign, brand guidelines or national conference please email
